At 65p/kWh, Tesla Superchargers sit in the mid-range for ultra-rapid pricing. A typical 10-80% charge on a 60kWh battery takes around 25-35 minutes and costs roughly £26-30. Tesla owners benefit from slightly lower rates and automatic billing via their in-car account, while non-Tesla drivers pay through the Tesla app with no subscription required.

Supercharger hubs are strategically positioned along motorway corridors, at retail parks such as Westfield and Bluewater, and at hotels including Hilton and Premier Inn locations. Each site typically has 8-16 stalls, reducing queue times compared to smaller charging installations. Tesla maintains an uptime rate above 99% across its UK network, consistently ranking as the most reliable public charging provider in the country.
